  A great gym, friendly & helpful manager + lots of class options incl reformer pilates, making it is really well priced option in Byron Bay. Thoroughly recommend.

  I trained here for two casual sessions. A well equipped gym that allows you to do everything. Mostly Techno gym and Hammer Strength, good free weights section including a lifting platform with bumper plates. Very happy with the place and I will be back during any future visits to Byron.

  Good gym, not too busy, lots of equipment though it's getting on a bit and the dumbells, barbells and some equipment handles are a bit rusty. Visited as a casual for $25 which seems to be the standard. Bring a towel.

  Scammers. Dishonest owner happy to lie to you about terms and conditions. They will charge you a $50 "deposit" for the tag on top of the join up fee and insist that you will get this money back when you return the tag, but it's an outright lie, they deny that they ever said that and then keep your money. Money kept coming out of my account after the cancellation period as well last time I cancelled, I assumed this was a mistake but am now sure it was intentional after reading that many other people had the same experience. Incredibly dishonest owners lying to scam you out of money where they can. The equipment is old and worn. Stay clear of this place.

  I Absolutely LOVE Belindas reformer pilates classes! i have had such an amazing experience in her classes as she pays special attention to beginners and she is very attentive and extremely motivating! in a few weeks i have really progressed in my form . I love her dynamic and fun classes and she always pushes us the extra mile.
